A FUEL HOSE ASSEMBLY, AVAILABLE AS A REPLACEMENT PART, HAS BEEN FOUND TO HAVE A DEFECT IN THE MATERIAL SPECIFICATION OF THE RUBBER HOSE. THE HOSE MAY DEGRADE UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS RESULTING IN A FUEL LEAK.

Consequence & Remedy

Consequence: FUEL LEAKAGE, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE FUEL HOSE ASSEMBLY FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 24, 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT BENTLEY AT 1-617-488-8500.
